Foreigners who live in Fethiye organized a fashion show to raise funds for the cats and dogs at Fethiye Animal Shelter, and women aged between 40-70 exhibited clothes on the red carpet along the promenade. Organized by FETAV (Fethiye Tourism, Promotion, Education, Culture and Environment Foundation) and Animal Aid, 12 women, ages from 40 to 70, performed a fashion parade accompanied by music, and they received great acclaim by expats as well as citizens of Fethiye. Women on the podium exhibited and sold seasonal clothing by various companies. Also, two foreign amateur male models exhibited male clothes. Organizers Jackson Stuart and Stephan Brumley Smith said the funds raised from the event will be used to buy food for the animals at the shelter. “12 friends of us, all various ages, supported this organization by displaying the clothes. Our aim is to help our friends at the shelter.”
