FETOB President Yavuz Torunoğulları said they would cover the losses of 2012 in 2013 and said, “The reservations coming from the UK and Netherlands are very promising.”
FETOB President Yavuz Torunoğulları shared his expectations on 2013: “2013 went bad due to the shrinkage in especially England market. As it is known, there was an earthquake in June in Fethiye. It caused losses in both local market and England market so there has been nearly 12-13 % decrease. Concerning the upcoming reservations, we predict with our hotelier friends and tour operators in our meetings that 2013 will go better than the last year. I think we will cover the losses of 2012 in 2013. It seems that the numbers will be almost the same as 2011. Especially reservations received from the UK and Netherlands are promising. I wish the New Year will bring health and happiness to the sector.”
