Turkish and british students rocked ölüdeniz!

English students who came to Fethiye within the framework of the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day events performed folkloric dances with their Turkish friends at Belceğiz Beach in Ölüdeniz.
Aysel Tekkardeş who runs Ovacık Forever Hotel invites and hosts British students every year, and this year her guests were students from London Ripple Primary School. 29 students and their teachers performed an excellent drum show in Ölüdeniz and the audience, both local and foreigners, were all swept off.
And 50 students from Ölüdeniz Primary School joined the show performing dances in their folk costumes and have beaten time with their British friends.
After the performances, Ölüdeniz Mayor Keramettin Yılmaz gave a dinner to 100 people in honor of children, and he thanked Aysel Tekkardeş who runs Ovacık Forever Hotel and to Ölüdeniz Primary School Principal Mustafa Ayan. He said “Turkish and English students performed excellent dances and bonded with each other in our beautiful Ölüdeniz. Our greatest desire is to see our children always live and play in peace, and our duty is to leave them a beautiful world. I wish to congratulate and wish happy holidays to all our children in this occasion.”
English students will be in Fethiye for another week and perform with Yunus Nadi Primary school students at the stadium.
