Fethiye Citroen Coşkunlar Automotive which has started service on May 28, 2011 has achieved a great success by entering the first 6 of 50 Citroen dealers throughout Turkey in 2nd half of 2011 Traditional Service Quality Competition.

Erkan Erik, Service Manager at Citroen Coşkunlar said that a service quality competition is held among Citroen dealers every 6 month. “The broad experience of Coşkunlar Citroen Group in the industry was crowned by Citroen Plaza in Fethiye. Citroen users are provided with information on our technical service starting from the moment of sale. All detailed information is given on the periodic maintenance, and Citroen and their customers never lose touch. Now people are much more conscious about standards, they appreciate our concern in technical service and expresses their satisfaction.”

Erkan Erik underlined that measurement tools and instruments and the diagnosis of failures are very sensitive. “We show even a single bolt changed. We give great importance to hygiene. Technical service quality is evaluated by Citroen authorities and by customer satisfaction surveys.
