Iranian female tourist who arrived at Ölüdeniz with a paragliding school in Iran lost control when landing and fell into the sea ashore Belcekız Beach. She was picked by the rescue boat and taken to Fethiye State Hospital with minor injuries. 36-year-old Parisa Tavasolnia who attends a paragliding school in Iran came to Ölüdeniz. She made a successful jump from 1900 m. take off at Babadağ in the evening and kept flying for 15-20 minutes. While paragliding acro she lost control of her parachute fallling 50 m. into the sea. She was taken to the emergency serivce in the hospital, and after examinations she was pronounced to be fine. Ölüdeniz Gendarmerie Station started an investigation about the incident.
